My old friends from back in the day,(not all my friends) just the ones I hung out with the most......
Jeff Chapman--he was my friend at Woodlawn High. I will never forget our trip to Edcouch Texas that we took on a Christmas vacation whim. He would come over to our house each week and eat fried okra and watch "Then Came Bronson". Married a nice lady named Sandy from VillePlatte Louisiana. Jeff is now a deacon in Shreveport.
Ricky Joe England.(class of 1971)..he was a good friend also. Joined the USMC after high school. Lived in Indiana, I talked to him a few times on the phone. He was married and stayed active with kids and grandkids.. Worked in construction. Rick has since passed away in 2013. I really miss him.
Dennis Miller.(class of 1971).aka "The Goat"..he was Ricks brother and a good friend. He was probably the first hippie I ever knew. Dennis lived with his wife in Arkansas and is semi-retired. His wife has passed away recently, my heart aches for Dennis's loss.
Lenny Hawkins...a good friend and coolest guy I ever knew...Loved his Mustang and cruising the KoKoMo.. Lenny passed away a few years ago after being severely handicapped for years because of a car wreck that happened about a year or two after graduation. I think of him all the time.
His wife Elaine Garcie (70) was killed in that wreck...she is pictured here.
My brother Gary Burger (class of 68). He lives in Florida and had owned a business there. He now is retired and plays golf when he
gets a chance. He loves to play golf and he still has almost a full head of hair! Married and a father of two. He
now has his third grandchild! Gary’s wife Debbie has passed away. We mourn his loss.
Frank Head, class of 68..I guess my current and 
longest lasting friend whom I still 
communicate regularly with. Lives in Oil City with wife Yvonne Green who was class of 70 also. He is retired Asst Chief of Police of Shreveport. Enjoys retirement and working around his place. They visited us in 2004 during a cross country trip and we saw him at the 2010 reunion and again at my dads funeral in 2012. Franks wife Yvonne has since passed away. Sorry for his loss.
Ronnie Graham 68, friend of mine, but actually my brothers best friend. He always made you laugh. Back then he rode a Harley 250cc sprint motorcycle and drove a AMC Javelin car. He lives in Doyline, La, with his wife Diana. Ronnie’s wife Diana has since passed away. Sorry Ronnie for your loss.
Clifford McCain (69)and Rita Vacca.(70 pictured here)..Cliffford was one of my brothers friends and Rita was a good friend of mine. They have been married many years and still live in Louisiana where they are active in church and chase grandkids. We saw them at my fathers funeral in 2012. Clifford passed away this year. My heart aches for Rita. Clifford has passed away. He will be missed by all that knew him.
Billie Baldridge..class of 69..The girl next door..literally.., I grew up next door to Billie. She lived in Houston and was active in Church, married with children, and also had 3 grandchildren. I had talked to her through emails and she was having a new house built and was anxious to move in. Billie has since passed away unexpectedly and is missed by all that knew her.
ImaJean (I.J), Bowman....We go back all the way to almost birth. Ok I didn't hang out with her in high school, but I knew her well. My father who died when I was four, was her fathers best friend. Their mom and my mom were best friends till Mrs Bowmans death.. Ima Jean (Lutz) is married and lives in Frierson Louisiana. Ive tried contacting her a couple of times but she has ignored any request at communication. People change I guess. IJ is now a widower.
DeeDee(Betty) Cryer was the oldest of the Bowman kids. She lives in Shreveport where her husband passed away recently.
Jim Bowman, IJ's little brother....Jim and I used to hunt birds with BB guns when we were kids. James is living in Shreveport with his wife Tammy. He is retired and hunts a lot of the time. Probably doesn't even own 
a computer.
Bobbie Davis. We dated a while in high school. Bobbie still lives
in Louisiana where she is the mother of 3, and a grandmother of a few and growing.

Charlie Hartley (69)..he was a good friend in school, and still is to this day . He was Bobbie's foster brother .We hung out a lot.. Saw him once here in Vegas a couple of years ago. Charlie was a truck driver and is married to Cheryl Shumaker (70) They live in Bethany Louisana where they chase grandchildren.They came to my fathers funeral in 2012 and I really 
appreciated them being there. Charlie passed away a couple of weeks ago (Sept 20190. I will always miss him, he was my brother from another mother.
Karen Bynog--class of 69, I dated Karen a short while in 69 until she graduated. She was always really cheerfull. We used to call her "lil booty" cause she was so tiny. I enjoyed my time with Karen she was fun to talk to. I think her brother lives in Converse, Louisiana.I did find out she had maiden names ,Karen Hicks and Karen Hutchinson and she may live in Bossier City.
Marilyn Harris.....dated her a couple of times in 69...nice girl. Don't know what happened to her after school.
Alice Faye Dale.(68)....My EX-wife, we were married for almost a year. I at times think of her when I hear Credance Clearwater Revival.....ahh the silly little things we do in life...Alice lives in Houston where she is married and still a hairdresser after all these years
